Orders can be exchanged within 7-10 days of delivery, which is our exchange policy. Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
Only the order amount will be considered. Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount. Please make sure to add a Note with your package while returning the Order, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for the return. Once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/ Store credit.

Once the return is received and is received by the team and approved for store credit, you will be issued store credit within 2 working days on the same email address that your order was provided, from which you can reorder any item online or at our stores.
The voucher is valid for 30 days after it is issued.
Refund will only occur if:
You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the order delivered. In case of a refund, the customer is responsible for sending the order back to us. Then we will process the refund after receiving the order and inspecting of order to the same payment method used while placing the order. In the case of COD, the order’s amount will be refunded to the bank account of the customer.
When the refund is approved it will take 10-15 days to process the Refund.
